  8. This is an informal recipe for the Gnocchi. I have never made them so I
  9. don't know the quantities of ingredients.

  11. Boil the potatoes until soft. Mash them. Add butter, egg. Add flour
  12. until it becomes like a dough. Then make like a string with the dough
  13. and cut it in little balls. Boil them until they float.
